ArtQuest Haywood Studio Tour

ArtQuest Studio Tour is produced twice annually in May and October. It provides an opportunity for our local artists to connect with their community, and the community to connect with its local artists. Other benefits for artists include:
A listing on our group Artists page on the ArtQuest website. A listing consists of name, website URL, image, map to the artist studio location.
A full web page with name indexing and including 6 to 8 images plus limited descriptive text. Web design is provided by a volunteer webmaster.
A personalized entry (name, featured image, work description, and map/Stop #) in our full-color brochure. The brochure will be distributed to regional businesses and welcome centers, and
will be available at the Haywood County Arts Council. It will also be available as a download on our website. (Note: production of the brochure is pending funds availability.)Work featured at Gallery 86 for the full month of October (October tour), which can be for sale.
Participation in the Fall reception for Artquest in October at Gallery 86. (Date to be announced)
ArtQuest does not take a commission on your sales. For the show at Gallery 86 only, a 40% commission is paid to the Haywood County Arts Council.
Benefits from our extensive advertising campaign will drive visitors to your location. This may include WCQS, WNCW, banners, local newspapers and magazines, social media and email newsletters.
For 2019 ArtQuest is grateful to have received a GrassRoots Grant from the Haywood County Arts Council (funded by the N.C. Arts Council) for the sum of $1106. These funds must be matched by ArtQuest. All other funding for our Studio Tours must be generated by the participating artists. Our current funding goal for a single studio tour is $5000. ArtQuest participating artists pay a $100. fee to be included in all advertising and benefits for a single tour. They are also asked to sell at least one advertising or sponsorship slot for each tour.
